INTER DISTRICT APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BEGIN MARCH 1, 2021 AT 8:00 AM.
DUE TO COVID 19, IN PERSON OR WALK IN APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED THIS YEAR.
APPLICATION PACKETS FOR 2021-2022 WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLINE, VIA FAX, VIA MAIL, OR VIA EMAIL ONLY.
MORE INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FEBRUARY 24, 2021.

Required Documents for INTER District Application Packet
- Employment: Letter of Employment Verification (including 35+ hours and days)
- Current Pay Stubs
- Business Owners: 1) Copy of business license and renewal 2) Tax receipt for the (20xx-20xx) year
**Must have a physical location (virtual offices and shared workspace offices not valid forms of business for permit purposes).
- School Records:
- Most recent report card or transcript
- Attendance
- Discipline Record
- Most recent Individualized Education Program (IEP), if applicable
- High School Only - CIF Sports related transfer questionnaire
- A current utility bill to verify home address.
- Picture ID
- Outgoing INTER district Release from district of residence (Applications can be submitted without the release, BUT your application will not be processed until we receive the release).
INTER DISTRICT ANNUAL REVIEWS

INTER DISTRICT PERMITS - ANNUAL REVIEWS (NON-BURBANK RESIDENTS)
DUE TO COVID-19, ANNUAL REVIEWS ARE POSTPONED AT THIS TIME.
Families will be notified by email of the standing of their students INTER District Permit for the 2021-2022 school year following a final review of their qualifying conditions and compliance with permit terms and conditions.
Please do not take any actions until/unless you receive an annual review letter from Student Services. Once you receive a notification, please complete your submission as soon as possible.

General Annual Review Information:
Burbank Unified School District requires students entering 6th, 9th, and 11th 成人抖音破解版appgrades to submit an Interdistrict Permit Review.
The Burbank Unified School District reserves the right to request an Interdistrict Permit Review at any time. The Interdistrict permit review requires applicants to submit documentation to verify eligibility and fulfillment of the Interdistrict permit terms and conditions for continued enrollment.
Families with students entering the 6th, 9th, or 11th grade for the 2020-2021 school year or otherwise selected to undergo an Interdistrict permit review will receive a separate notification by Email with instructions to submit and complete an Interdistrict Permit Review.
Failure to submit and complete an Interdistrict permit review for a required student may delay your student's registration for the 2020-2021 school year and may be grounds for revocation of your Interdistrict permit in the Burbank Unified School District.

- Completed Annual Review Form:
- Current Utility Bill (Most recent Water and Power bill, Gas Bill or Landline phone bill)
- Letter of Employment Verification (verifying 35+ hours and days on company letterhead)

OR Business Owners:
- Completed Annual Review Form: English
- Current Utility Bill (Home Address)
- A copy of your business license AND
- Renewal receipt from the City of Burbank (must be valid during the time of the current school year)
